Privacy Notice

Hyder Roohani (trading as fixtr.uk) is the data controller for personal data processed through fixtr.uk.

What we collect and why

• Account details (email, sign-in credentials) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Club data you enter: coach, referee and opposition names, emails, phone numbers and FAN numbers — to allocate matches and send fixture messages (contract, and the club's legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data, including IP address — for security, fraud prevention and improving the service (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (contract).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run fixtr.uk, and send emails for us.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the Club Plan, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.

Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep club data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within 90 days of a deletion request or account closure, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security and cookies

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-club data separation. We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in.
