fixtr.uk is provided by Hyder Roohani (trading as fixtr.uk) ("we"). By creating an account or continuing to use fixtr.uk you agree to these terms and are contracting with us. If you sign up for a club, you confirm you have authority to act for that club.
fixtr.uk imports grassroots football fixtures, allocates pitches, kick-off times and referees, and produces match sheets and messages. New clubs get a 14-day free trial of Setup. After that, Setup needs the Club Plan (£79 per year).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew yearly until cancelled; cancelled plans keep access until the end of the paid year.
We own fixtr.uk, its software, documentation and branding. Your club's data stays yours; you let us store and process it only to provide the service.
We work to keep fixtr.uk running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check allocations before match day. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or security or fraud risk. You can stop using fixtr.uk at any time and ask us to delete your club's data.
